About me

Hi! I’m Nick Crumpton.

I’m a biologist currently working as a Research Associate at University College London. You can read about what I do at UCL by clicking HERE or pop on over to my research page.

Although I’ve thought of myself as an ecologist, a palaeontologist, I’m really a zoologist – and now I’m finding myself much more interested in conservation biology and biomechanics.

Anyway, this site’s a collection of my research, longer writings, radio clips and films that I’ve written, spoken and filmed, along with what I’m doing out and about in the British Great Outdoors…

I hope you like it here.
